I revere the painters, Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera and have been very influenced by both their work. This collage in a custom made shadow box is my homage to Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. I created on it cork board with found and painted objects, cicada wings, photographs my artwork and a watercolor of my hand. It was a very cathartic process producing this work and I am very proud to it.
